Service Advisor said: "If the car burns down then Ford will replace it".

onPurchased a new car from Town and Country Ford in Charlotte. Sales manager overly pushy. Vehicle tires were overinflated. Vehicle had a fuel tank issue that took the dealership 3 weeks to fix after involving Ford Corporate. The service advisor, Steve Kinslow, did not want to deal with warranty work and ignored the issue for a week until Ford Corporate followed up. He said: "If the car burns down then Ford will replace it". They don't want to do any warranty work on any new vehicles they sale. Service advisor is just a sales guy. Service manager has a high school attitude playing games about service requests instead of helping solve issues. Such a bizzare, dysfunctional, greedy dealership.
