Bring vehicle in to repair, come out with more damages

onI recently bought my Honda from Nardy and needed to bring it in for service. It took months to schedule an appt because they never have loaner vehicles. And when I finally got it in they carelessly backed it into something that left me with a huge dent. I am working with David and Tim to rectify this now and struggling to schedule another appt. I will let everyone know the outcome before I warn not to buy or service your vehicle at Nardy. Does anyone know how to get through to the owner of Nardy and a corporate service contact?
