Ruge's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

About two years ago the service department changed hands. The price for a new electronic key went from maybe $35 to $200 like a New York City dealership, and they began to hard-sell unneeded services, wanting to change my plugs at 40,000 miles when the manual recommends 75,000. They also want to change the transmission fluid filter, which isn't mentioned in the service manual at all. That would be $1000 I don't need to spend. Plus there is a noise from the right front wheel they can't fix, don't have a clue. It squeals, but only when turning right at speed, and disappears with a slight application of the brakes. It only started after they rotated the tires. They say its probably the one new tire I had to replace two years ago, but that strains credibility: it would disappear as the rotated tire wore in, which it hasn't. Plus the 'new' tire is the right rear and the noise comes from the front.
