Not very professional

onAfter setting up appt with GM, wasn’t very impressed with customer service. After telling GM I wanted to shop more than FIRST truck I saw, was threatened with”one day only” deal, and he didn’t appreciate being a “ping bong ball”. Sorry, but I’m the one dropping 30k, not you! After agreeing to deal the same day, had to wait 3 days to pick up truck. When arriving to pick up truck, GM simply waved from across show rm, never even attempting to talk to me, was there for 2 hrs, so he had ample time if he wanted. After getting lied to about monthly payments, never told me about warranty cost, but that’s another story. After waiting for over an hour to get new windshield wipers, was finally given a new set. I will say Justin was awsome, professional, curtious, and very helpful with questions I had. Upon leaving, was confronted by Sales Manager, who tried selling me a tonneau cover, which he actually told me he thought it should be on the truck already. He wanted to trick it out with bug guard, window guard, and tonneau cover, but instead of actually doing it beforehand, tried to sell me the accessories ! Just wasn’t impressed with the deal from the time I walked in, professionally. Actually felt bullied to make deal, or “it would go away in a day”. I had a trailer brake installed, at no charge, so for that I’m grateful, but should have never taken 3 days. Wife has a lease due at end of March, through Basil, so we’ll be looking elsewhere. I’m sure this will fall on deaf ears, but glad to get it off my chest, thanks for listening to my rant!
