Run - They do not stand behind their work

Avoid Coleandra Buick in Newburgh at all costs!
The service department will try to charge you for services that should already be included in a repair and convince you that you need things done that are not necessary.
It's too coincidental that two components that they touched when they serviced my truck are malfunctioning.
They will not take responsibility and are hiding behind every excuse they can find.
Do not service your vehicle here.
Chevy GMC needs to learn to keep the dealerships with high customer service ratings not just the ones with a bigger bottom line!
