Awful experience at this dealership

onAwful experience at this dealership (Huntington Honda Certi-care used car dealership).... felt like a classic "bait and switch"... sent an email to check on availability of a specific vehicle that was advertised
was called by Moaz (in parentheses only as I dont know if this is a real name)
he confirmed the car was still available and told me to ask for him when I came in
Went straight to the dealership as agreed and asked for Moaz.. was told by the floor people that Moaz only handles the calls and they show the cars
but that Moaz told them to take good care of me
I asked to see the specific car that I contacted them about
they immediately start talking about newer (and I am sure more expensive vehicles)
I said I wanted to see the specific 2006 Honda Pilot that I had called about
the floor sales person walked us around outside
to newer pilots
I said again, that I wanted to see the specific 2006 Honda Pilot that I called about
he then walked us over to where they keep the older pilots
and walked us to a 2007
I again said, that I wanted to see the specific 2006 that I had called about
he said ok, but why dont you look at this one
. I again re-iterated that I wanted to see the specific 2006 that I had called about
.he took us back into the dealership and asked us to get a drink and wait
he then talked with the person who later identified himself as the general manager
and disappeared in the back for a while
.. he eventually came back out and I asked them where the 2006 Honda Pilot was
..they then tell me that that car was bought by their Service Manager
. But they could show me other vehicles
I then asked why Moaz would tell me the car was still available if it had been sold
and why didnt they tell me that when I first came in and asked to see the specific vehicle
and said dont they have a real time inventory management system
the general manager said, no, Moaz wouldnt know specifically what cars they still had
. I asked them when the service manager bought the car
they said several hours ago
. I told them that this was awful customer service
. In my opinion, they came across as stereotypical used car salesmen
. would never recommend using a dealership that treats potential customers like this
. I told the "general manager" that I would be complaining and writing bad reviews... didn't seem to faze him as he had no response... again, awful customer service approach.... (and to top it off
realized after I got back to my office, that I had also received an email from Moaz, confirming the car was available!!!)

Aug 11, 2016 - As a follow up... I just looked on the dealers website and noticed that they are still listing the vehicle.... wondering how this can be if they sold it last Friday...only serves to reinforce my earlier comments....
