awful and dishonest service dept

ontreated like an empty checkbook .towed into the dealership. 3 days and 700$ later the problem was not fixed, it happened again. another 700 to fix the problem that should have been diagnosed the first time. told they could fix it that day, was not fixed until 2 days AFTER they said it would be completed. no loaners, no customer service to fix the situation, just false promised, misdiagnosed problems that put my kids and family in jeopardy due to the nature of the problem that was not diagnosed correctly the first time. awful!!
