onOn Feb. 1st, I ordered a new car from Curry.
Factory ordered Impreza, with an estimated wait of 6-8 weeks.
After 8 weeks, I was told by Susan, my saleswoman, that Wayne, the sales manager had " accidentally " ordered the wrong car, and they would need to order it again.
Though shocked and disappointed, I agreed to wait, and was told there would be " compensation".
When pushed to give a firm answer on just exactly what that meant, I was told they were unable to give me a firm answer until they had the invoice in hand, but rest assured, compensation will come.
After 8 more weeks of waiting, I began calling regularly inquiring about the status of my car.
Wayne, the sales manager, hung up on me after I yelled at him, and has since refused to take my calls, or return messages.
I did manage to speak with someone 2 weeks ago, who told me my $1000 cash deposit would be returned to me, as they were unable to tell me IF or when my car would arrive.
It's been two weeks since they " sent the check".
It's still not here. I am not local to the dealership, or I'd walk in for my refund.
Basically, this has been the worst experience possible in attempting to purchase a new car.
Anyone [non-permissible content removed] had best shop elsewhere.
