Canandaigua Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

This is a review of Canandaigua Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Do not ever buy or lease a vehicle from this company. They do not care about their customers. They sell cars that have problems that should be fixed before selling or leasing them. They do not. I bought a Trail Blazer on 4/8/2015, when I got home I noticed the rear wiper and the gas gage did not work, also the check engine light came on, and the battery for the keys were dead. I called them the next day, hoping they would fix the problems. I was told that nothing was under warrenty. The car had only 89000 miles on it. I E-mailed them in hopes of a response other than” nothing was under warrenty.” They did E-mail back. Several people in fact, all telling me this was not their field and they could not help. Finally Dick Clark called me back. Again I was told he was not the correct person to speak with. One more person I had to speak with, the used car manager. I told him about the problems that should have been fixed before a customer ever got in the car and he told me it was not his problem, or the right department. I never got the problems resolved so BUYER BEWARE!! Do not purchase or lease a vehicle from these guys. They don’t care at all for their customers or stand behind their vehicles.
