I am a Loyal Jeep owner and have owned or Leased Jeep Grand Cherokees since 1995. Back in November of 2017 I had a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee lease and I received an advertisement in the mail from this dealership stating “Turn in your current lease for a New Grand Cherokee, no money down and No questions asked”. I called the dealership to see if this offer was accurate and the representative I spoke with stated it was in fact accurate, so I made an appointment to speak with a sales person. When I went into the dealership, I told the sales person about the advertisement I received in the mail and after 2 hours of going back and forth with him, he stated the advertisement I received was wrong and he will not honor it. Obviously I left the dealership very annoyed. The next day I emailed the person who made my appointment on how I was treated and a manager emailed me back stating in the future if I ever need anything to please contact them. In March 2018, I emailed this manager 3 times and left him 2 messages at the dealership, since I wanted to get out of my current lease and get into 2 new vehicles( 1 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 1 Dodge Charger GT). None of my Emails or phone calls were returned. In April 2018 I gave this dealership a bad review on their Facebook Page and finally someone got back to me. Alex the internet sales manager contacted me and I explained to him what has been happening. He in turn set me up with a Sales manager who I did meet with and did go over pricing on both vehicles. After I met with this manager I made an appointment to test drive a Dodge Charger GT. The day of the appointment, I called the dealership to confirm the appointment with them and they told me it was all set so I went to the dealership. After giving a salesperson my license and filling out whatever paperwork was necessary for a test drive, I was told after a wait that they did not have a Charger GT to test drive. I told the salesperson that I just called and whoever answered the phone confirmed my appointment and said they do have the car. I asked the salesperson if I can just drive any charger available and I was told they only have a Hellcat and I am not allowed to test drive that vehicle, when in fact I witnessed another salesperson take another customer on a test drive in a Hellcat. Once again I left this dealership unhappy. This dealership obviously doesn’t need my business since they gave up the sale of 2 cars. Since then I Did go to another dealership and did get a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a 2018 Dodge Charger GT. It’s ashamed that a local resident cannot get 2 vehicles from their Local dealership. In the future upper management should be aware how potential customers are treated in their place of business.
