onMy Range Rover ( just a little over 10 months old ) engine light came on - the In Control App indicated it was a "fuel injector" problem. Calling and scheduling a drop-off was easy. Great loaner was provided.
Mr. Trujillo kept me informed. There were lots of software updates, so it turned out the fix took a little longer than expected - there was one upgrade that was optional and added a feature I have really been wanting - so glad Mr. Trujillo went that extra step and asked if I was interested in it.
Everything, but the upgrade I wanted, was covered under warranty.
Everyone was nice, polite and competent. No time wasted, no real inconvenience and the Rover runs like a top.
I could not be happier.
