I purchased a Is 250 from this dealer cash and it was the worse experience I ever had. They made me feel like my money wasnt worthy are they give me they car for free. After purchasing my car I had notice that the lights under the sun visor wasn’t working and the back up sensor wasn’t working, they took my car for one week I had to call them to find out what was going on later to find out that Anthony the sale manager and Bill refuse to fix the problem because it’s too expensive to fix and was being extremely rude about. Now I see why the workers look so unhappy because they are working with such [non-permissible content removed],. Anthony Fratello and Bill need to take a class to teach them how to treat customers. Without your customers u have no business.
