Bought ram 1500 there, gave me trade in value for my infinity $5000, once paper work was done they told me just sign it was late they can't go over the numbers with me right away. later on i found out they only wrote down 1500 hundred for my infinity, i got mad told them to give me back my car i will give them the 1500 cause my car is worth at least 7500 they told me they sold my car already and would not give me the difference my of my trade in the promise, they also did not let me know that i would not get tax credit for trade of my vehicle. i would have to sue them. very hishonest try to steal customers money

How can a dealer strive for a 5 star, if you try to rob a customers money. you lied to me about the trade in and won't give my car back. I tried multiple times to reason with you guys but was spun around, guys blame it on a lady there that just quit Nooky or whatever her name was. you guys don't want to take responsibility but point fingers instead. the worst part was you fraudulently took my money. not very honest. i wasted my time going back and forth with no results.
