HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH BURNS GMC!

NEGLIGENCE !! ...Re-think your purchase ... dealership does not support their customer care at all! This dealership failed me 3 ways --- Service, management, and product ... I have lost all faith in this product (2011 Acadia) and the management at this dealership is a real "joke" ... while in for service, the dealership created another issue and did not take full accountability by replacing the parts they damaged. (service writer confirmed I never had an issue with my struts ... the seals were just fine ... but they can freeze when left up in the air too long) ... knowing this, why take the chance ... service writer said they could have done things in stages and put the suv down along the way... but unfortunately, he was on vacation during this work. AND, let me leave knowing there was a new issue, and did not tell me ... the mechanic said he didn't want to create another bill for us, so just didn't mention it. Good thing there were no mishaps driving home! I'm shocked that this dealership has done this to us, and felt it necessary to charge us $147.00 for what they did! Willing to jeopardize the 14yrs of loyalty we've shown on several vehicles ... They are obviously in it for the money only ... what a shame!!! My vehicle was there a total of 9 days and this is the best they can do? A monkey could do better!!! Glad I wasn't injured while driving the vehicle. Remember: You're only as good as the service you provide ... which in this case, is NONE!!!
