Best Car Dealership Experience Ever!

onI never felt better taken care of! I had just purchased my 2015 beautiful cocoa silver metallic Encore 9 days earlier and had an unfortunate incident of running over a huge object in the middle of Rte295N on the way to work. My left front tire was immediately slashed. I got off the road, and Buick Roadside service came promptly and put the donut tire on. I called Burns Service and the female service rep encouraged me to come right in and get my tire replaced and everything looked over. I was practically in tears when I got there, overwhelmed and in disbelief that this had just happened to my brand new car! But, right away, my Sales Rep, Will Smith, was there to console me. Joe, the Sales Manager made me feel right at home again as I waited in the Sales area lounge. Jeff from the service department replaced my tire and answered all my questions. The service was prompt, pleasant and efficient. My little "Cocoa" was back on the road again, as good as brand new!! I couldn't be happier with everything about this dealership!
