New tires

I planned on getting 4 new tires. Acura was the best estimate for price and tire quality. I was very happy with that. But they discovered I needed new brake pads which took longer than estimated. I should’ve dropped car off and not waited. My fault:( Tom was helpful with giving me information along the way and discounts. I was definitely sick of sitting. Even though the area for customers was great. Just too long of a wait.

However, it's understandable that the wait became longer than expected due to the additional work needed for new brake pads.
