Do not vist or buy from this dealer. They will trick you into the deal

I brought a 2011 MDX from this dealer. I submitted online request for a particular color. They promised me that, they have the color and delivered me the car with a color that is closer to the color I asked for. I have request to the dealer, please be honest to your customer. If you cannot meet the customers specification, please mention it up-front, the customer may settle for a different option. Do not try to trick the customer into a deal. I never expected this type of shady experience from a luxury car dealer. The deal was an ordeal, from choosing the color to fixing the price. The dealer refused to refund my deposit, I was forced to buy the car (dealer was selling the color they had not the color I asked for) Now I have to find reliable and trust worthy dealer to service my car. Loosing one customer may not be big deal for the dealer.

My name is Mitchell Brenner. I am the eCommerce Manager at Precision Acura. As you are aware we never refused to refund your deposit. You were shown the vehicle on a Saturday. You sat in the vehicle. You agreed that you loved the vehicle and then on the day of delivery , Monday, you decided you liked a different color more. You then asked us to save you more money and you'll take the vehicle (The same one you agreed to, sat in, and saw on Saturday). We had already negotiated a fair deal and told you we had no more money to give. You left the dealership and then came back 1 hour later to take delivery of the vehicle. Afterwards you sent in a letter to the owner and you, our owner, your salesperson, and I sat in his office where you admitted it was an honest mistake, asked for money again and the owner told you to call him personally when you are ready to service your vehicle and he will take care of you then. We all shook hands and had a good laugh. That was about 3 weeks ago and then you posted this. We have tried to assist you with this issue now three times. Please understand that we offered you many ways to be satisfied but you appear to want to rehash the same non-mistake. We hope you enjoy your beautiful 2011 MDX in health and happiness. Polished Metal is a beautiful color and you even said so on the day you sat in it, the day you took delivery and the day we all met. I hope you continue to enjoy it.
