onWhen I purchased my 2014 Ram last year my salesman Dan told me if I referred a friend and they purchased a vehicle I would get $100. Well my friend did purchase and it took me 11 months to get the $100. Calls and e-mails got me nowhere, a negative Facebook post on their page did get action. Very unprofessional. The service department has also been very disappointing. My truck was leaking trans. fluid so when I called and told Pam I needed to get it in right away I'm afraid the trans. is going to get damaged, she said the best she could do was a week. So my new truck sat in the driveway while I bummed rides to work. The day it was in for service Brian called me and said he has to order the parts it would be 2-3 days, well today is day 15 and they didn't even make one call to me to let me know what was going on. So finally I called and they couldn't even find my paperwork at first. After 10 min. on hold I get Brian's voicemail and it's now 26 hours later and no return call. I have been to several dealers and this one is the worst.
