Lease buy-out

onThe finance MGR that I dealt w for my lease buyout was horrible. He could care less about the entire situation in helping me. He was short; Late, didn’t follow up on emails and some calls and then in the end raised his voice to me a degrading. I needed help with the warranty stuff that I think he just didn’t feel like dealing with. I requested more than once to print the documents so I may ready them. Asked if they would be ready prior to my arrival To help move along faster. He informed me of the electronic process but I explained I like to read over the paperwork. He kept pressing that I could do so on the table electronic device.
During the actual signing, where nothing had been printed for my review he basically yelled at my “what exactly do I want printed, it’s all here?” I said whatever I’m signing, the totals the rates, I want to read what I’m signing over $40k to. I had already explained prior, I have difficulty reading documents on the computers.
I have a learning disability and I alWays print stuff to go over before dealing w them electronically. I don’t feel I should have had to go that far into the issue w him Bc it’s none of his business. He simply should have abided to the request.
If I had any other options than dealing with a dealership to buy out my lease, I would have completely avoided Lucas; after the very first encounter. He never ran my rates through Ford which I was annoyed by bc they offer financing specials at times. Ford credit told me I could only get the info from ford.
My company only purchases Ford vehicles for its employees. We will never use Lucas for a purchase in the future.
