onI went for a oil change. The man in charge was on vacation and a very nice young lady took my info. When they were done with my oil change, they said I would need some muffler work , Transmission lines were leaking, and there was wetness on top of the transfer case. I said the transmission would be under the warranty because when I bought the dodge from Crest the loan officer talked me into getting the Ins. The young lady said that I was over the 60 thousand miles so they would not cover. I was livid because for the past year and a half something has been leaking from under the car and I was told it wasn't leaking. My garage floor and drive prove them wrong. Then the young lady said that she would give the information to the man in charge when he came back from vacation and he would get in touch with me. Well, it has been a week and two days since I left the dealership. No call no nothing. When I took out the insurance it was expensive and I was under the impression that it would cover me until the loan was paid. I still have a year to go. Now, yes, I am very irate and would like to get this matter settled.
