I came in for an oil change. Our service associate, Jose, told me I wasn’t due yet and told me what I was due for. He explained a service I should get done due to my mileage in thorough detail, which I appreciated. I ended up getting my tires rotated and a pair of windshield wipers. Jose took the time to explain services in detail and was very patient while I figured out what service I pursued today. He was friendly and kind. His customer service exceeded my expectations. IRA Manchester is very lucky to have him as an employee!
