Excellent Customer service. I came in to buy a 2014 Ford F150. Other dealerships I went to tried to push their inventory and never listened to me. The first thing Celia did was to sit down and ask what was important to us prior to showing us anything. That approach along with openness and honesty is what set McFarland apart from the rest!
