first oil change service gone horribly wrong

onI bought a 2011 Dodge Avenger Heat from Bob Mariano Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Brought in to dealer for my first oil service at 4000 miles.
The mechanic over tighted the oil filter and did NOT CHECK HIS WORK. The oil leaked completely out of the engine on the 34 mile journey home.
The manager answering the phone did not want to deal with me.. Asked who is my sales rep "I'm not dealing with this talk to your sales rep" is what I was told.
they tried to make me feel like I did something wrong. Asked me "did you check your oil".. my oil was in a lake under the car in my driveway after sitting for 4 hours before discover.
I sent my car to a different dealership who took care of the degreasing. I got my car back over a week later.
My new car experience was horrible. I will never have my car serviced at this dealership and am telling all my friends and family to steer clear of BOB MARIANO CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE CONCORD, NH
