Recent experience af afford dealer I had an earlier appointment but due to my pun falt I forgot, .Called the receptionist to resescedule.I was greated exceptional well,wasn't berated for missing previous appointment.,which I expected Giving me the next earliest appointment.I showed up a few minutes early Gave the clerk my keys and directed to awaiting room,within a few minutes ,I was told that the truck was ready,Went to pay for the service and was told they Ford Pass had paid for my oil change.What could be better than that
