Courtesy.. that’s just a cruel joke!

All I can say is I felt like I was doing business in the twilight zone. Nice car… terrible business! Soon after (6 weeks later) I traded car for a new car elsewhere. The experience there was 5 star! It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I am once again a happy car owner. Takeaway, listen to what the other fine people are saying about their terrible experiences with this business. Trust me they are not making this up, they lived it and dreaded it. I traded up soon after because I never wanted to step foot on that dealership again, not for an oil change or anything for that matter… ever! Read the reviews!
