onI dropped my car off for scheduled maintenance and waited for 1 1/2 hours then one of the service reps comes in and says sorry I didnt check you in myself. I didnt know what he meant then I see my car sitting in the parking lot way off to the side and then i get an email that my service check up had been done over 1/2 hour ago. Toyota's service is sub par at best. Not good.
