My wife and I were looking for a new Traverse and we live over an hour away. Kirk was willing and able to work out the deals over the phone without us having to make multiple trips to the dealership. That saved us a ton of time and headaches. Kirk was sick the day we came to look at and pick up the vehicle. We met Chris, the sales manager who made sure we were being taken care of.
