I was stuck sitting over there two times, with wait times exceeding two hours, when I only had two questions. Once the car had arrived, the dealership backed out on putting the graphics on, and the car was only half ready to be delivered when I was there to pick it up. I had to come over a week later to get the splash guards installed, and the rear bumper protector put on. When I did have meetings set up with my salesman, 2 out of the 5 times I was there, I ended up leaving because the guy took 30 minutes to do the simplest things eg. get a paper from his boss. In the end, we had to go to the sales manager to get stuff done correctly.
