They told me via an email that they have multiple colors to choose from when I went to dealership next day they only had one color. They promised me that they will get me the color and I deposited $6000. Monday they told me that car is the truck and you can pick it up on Wednesday. Wednesday they told me that deal fell through come and buy other car. The only thing I know that they put me out of market since it was last week of the month and they know next month in Oct they will sell me other car with more profit. This dealership is totally not trustworthy.

Dealer Response
We did everything we could to satisfy this customer. Customer only wanted 1 color on a 2013 model that Toyota is no longer producing. We went to trade for the only one available like he wanted and found out the vehicle was a demo with 5,000 miles on it. We offered several other colors, but customer declined. We provided a full refund of customer's deposit.
