This was by far the smoothest, easiest and best car buying experience of my life. I buy a new car about every 10-12 years. Luckily I have always selected dependable vehicles because I normally HATE dealing with Salespeople! This was not my experience this time. I already knew exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for it. While researching the vehicles I provided my information to the dealers in my area and was contacted by Jessica Steen of Toyota of Hattiesburg via email. She was extremely professional, took my offer to her Sales Manager and got me the deal I wanted with absolutely NO HASSLE! I even got the exact interior color I wanted even though the vehicle had to be built in order to get it and without the price increasing by a penny.
