Kia of St Cloud

My story is simple, they pocketed my $300 down payment and harassed me about it! I was hounded about their cars, and I was desperate for a car for work. I bought the car on a Fri. gave the finance guy $300, ended up paying $100 more on the payment than they promised me originally, picked up the car on Monday, came back that Fri to give them the other $200 for the down payment. A couple weeks later I get a call telling me they never got the initial $300! The finance guy pocketed my money! The manager was very unpleasant although it would make no sense for me to come back in to pay the other $200 if I did not pay the initial amount or even drive off the lot without paying a down payment!
