Great sales man

Rich S. was my saleman for my 2014 Ford Escape, showed me all the different escapes in the different colors but in the end I got what I wanted ( Silver) He was able to locate the car at a different dealership and had it here with in a day. got the remote start installed, and undercoated and was able to pick up my new car on thursday. I'm happy to say that even though I'v only really had it for a day I'm loven it. Thank you Rich for spending the time with me to get everything i wanted on my new Ford.
