I have two local VW dealers in Omaha and I was tired of the typical sales tactics and pressure; most annoying was the salesman going back and forth to the “Wizard” (Sales Manager) behind the curtain. I reached out to Christine and experienced none of this at Schmelz. She exceeded my expectations with her knowledge, patience, and ability to create an effortless win-win deal. It was worth driving 380 miles for. I just wish Schmelz was in the Omaha area because I understand, like Christine, their service folks are also top-notch.
