Does Not Keep Promises

onI purchased a new vehicle from Rob Martin.
The vehicle had three flaws that Rob assured me he would take care of.
The service department was closed at the time I purchased the vehicle.
The leather on the steering wheel was peeling off in a spot, the snap that holds the driver's floor mat was broken, and the engine bay was dusty and neede to be cleaned.
Rob Martin promised that all these things would be taken care of the following Monday when the service department was open.
I called the following Monday and Rob said I should wait until my licese plates come in and save a trip.
The receptionist called a few days later to say I should come in a pick up my license plates.
I asked to speak to Rob and was transferred to him.
I reminded him of the work he promised would get done, he said fine, come in.
when I showed up, all I was offerred were excuses and how that isn't his responsibility and I should talk to the sevice department.
I talked to the service manager, the sales manger, and of course Rob.
All I got were lame excuses and a complete run around
