onThis is my first Subaru and first experience with the business model of Al Serra (Subaru of Grand Blanc) - no negotiation but an aggressive discount off MSRP advertised up front. As a love of bargains and professional negotiator I thought I'd miss the fun but I dealt with them because they had the Outback I wanted. In fact, it really simplified my life and let me go negotiate business deals for more profit than my personal car. Kyle was absolutely attentive, proactive, got all the details right and provided good follow-up post sale. I absolutely would do business with these folk again. PS- I drove 100 miles one way from Ada MI to shop here!
