onMy 2012 HD2500 dash was NOT cracked until the dealer replaced my airbag per the recall. The mechanic claimed he could nether say the dash was cracked or not when he replaced it when confronted. You would have thought he could have seen the crack when he worked on the airbag. What a cop out. Heedless to say I am done with that dealer. Wish I had taken a picture before he worked on it. Now thanks to Dominion I have to live with a cracked dash.

Update 10-4-2022: Dominion Chevy replaced my cracked dash with a new OEM one! At NO expense to me! The owner made it right! Hats off to Lou! Therefor I am retracting my complaint.
