I scheduled some minor regular maintenance but was interested to know how it would be handled in the COVID era. From masks and hands-free drop off to pay over the phone and convenient “distant” pickup, Bonnell was its usual efficient, friendly self. The seat, floor and steering wheel had been covered and I even had a surprise $10 off coupon to add to the mailed coupon I used for service. It is a pleasure to do business there.
