After dealing with an ongoing car emergency, our family found ourselves needing to purchase an affordable, reliable pre-owned car on a moderate budget. We were lucky to meet Tom Wool! We came to Tom after truly disrespectful and dishonest service from another dealership. We had purchased a new car from Balise in the past but this was our first pre-owned purchase there and Tom was excellent. Would recommend this dealership and specifically our salesperson Tom Wool to anyone who wants the assistance of a genuine, no-hassle salesperson who is focused on finding the right car for the customer, not just what they need to "blow out of here by the end of the month" (that's an actual quote from the other dealership's salesperson!!!!!!!).
