Never have I engaged in a car buying experience that was so easy and hassle-free. Holly H was extremely pleasant, professional and accommodating to my needs. She was the ONLY Subaru salesperson in the area that didn't give me a hard time about purchasing a car over the phone. No games, no lies, just the facts. Rich was a great help too. I tell ya...if it wasn't for the excellent service provided at Bertera Subaru I would have never bought my brand new Forester on my own. I would have had someone else do it for me or I wouldn't have bought one at all. I will definitely be buying from Bertera Subaru in West Springfield again and have already recommended them to my friends and family as well!! Sincerely, Christopher Walters

Whether you want to buy a new or used Subaru from us…over the phone, via fax, online, using a buying service or in person we’re here for you. I don't know how much driving you'll be doing in your Subaru Forester during the winter but if you do please be wary of the maintenance. Oil changes and tire rotations for your Forester should be done every Six Months or 7,500 miles. Please stop by and see us in service or parts we're open 7 days a week.
