Very Happy with Central Dodge and Tony D

onI started my hunt for Ram 1500 Black Edition at another dealer (I won't name names but starts with a Q) after they had emailed me a crazy great deal on the truck I wanted. Of course when I got there the actual price was 5K more since I didn't qualify for all of the BS rebates (bad credit rebate...really?). After going through the usual high pressure tactics to try and sell it to me at the higher price, the sales manager showed his true colors and acted like a child who didn't get his way when I said I would get back to him. After looking around at some other dealers, I came to the conclusion that the price Q was offering was actually pretty damn good but I did not want to deal with them again. When I contacted Central by email, I communicated with Brittany who told me they did not have the truck I was looking for on their lot but that she would try and find one at another dealer for me. When she found one that fit the bill up in NH, I asked her what their price would be on it, the price quoted was quite a bit higher than what Q was offering. When I asked if they would match Q's price she said that I would need to come in to discuss. I was hesitant at first since I was expecting another high pressure sales pitch but decided to give them a chance since it didn't seem like they were trying to be deceptive. When I got there, I was met by Tony DeLuca who worked with me to make sure the truck I was looking at had all of the options I needed and/or wanted. When we determined that the truck in NH had everything I wanted, I explained my experience with Q and that I was only looking for them to match Q's real price for the truck, Tony brought my offer to the sales manager and boom, 5 minutes later, we were shaking hands. No back and forth, no pressure, no BS. Everything went smoothly from there on out. While I was waiting for my truck to be delivered to Central, Tony contacted me to send him my old truck registration because he thought that I might actually qualify for one of the other weird rebates. When I showed up to pick up my truck, sure enough they were able to knock another $1000 off the price. So needless to say, I am quite happy with my experience with Central Dodge thus far. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Keep up the good work!
