Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Northampton

I just completed a used car purchase and trade in at Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Northampton. I was very much impressed with the overall experience. Having been to two other dealerships before Lia I was not looking forward to the experience. To my surprise everything went exceedingly well. I was greeted as soon as I entered the sales floor. My sales professional was very attentive and went straight to work finding a vehicle as we discussed what I had in mind. Within minutes I was presented with two vehicles that fit the bill and was test driving one. While I looked at new cars my trade-in was being appraised and I was presented with a fair offer for the trade, no haggling necessary! The entire deal went smooth, I never felt pressured and was treated honestly start to finish. The business manager was extremely helpful in explaining the warranty options and coverage's.
