Bernardi Honda of Natick

This place has the worst customer service ever. They spray grey primer all over the back half of my car and then proceed to deny that they did anything wrong... For something that has an easy fix, they refuse to make the situation right. They obviously don't know how to go above and beyond to keep a customer for life. I will never go back to Bernardi Honda or Bernardi anything. No wonder why they needed consultants to come in and try to "fix" the place up... It obviously didn't help at all. Good job Bernardi Honda for making a bad situation right. I guess no one there cares if customers come back...
