Keep it Up Boys!!!

onAfter My last purchase from this dealership I never would have gone back except the service department was excellent. So while I was in I figured I would inquire about refinancing my loan, and so it began. I met Billy and knew this time would be different. Billy is NOT a car-salesman, he is so much more! He was friendly, informative and totally non-pressure he was there merely to show me what options I had, and he did just that
Billy kindly showed my wife and I a New 2013 Altima 3.5 SV (a newer version of what we had, which we promptly test drove. Long story short, this particular vehicle hit the criteria for all the things I would want, if in the market for a new car- minus leather and heated seats
Billy (and his manager Vlad) and I were able to come to an agreeable price, (agree to add the leather and heated seats) and the deal was made. After waiting over an hour for the Finance Guy, I began to get aggravated and started to complain, finally remembering the "Old Colonial"
. MAN WAS I WRONG!!! Upon meeting Jason, Billy let me know he was calling my old warranty companies and getting me refunds, and that was what was taking him the extra time
(I MEAN WITHOUT ME ASKING THIS GUY WAS TRYING TO RECOVER MY MONEY FROM A PURCHASE THAT WAS MADE 3 YEARS AGO)
upon learning that my wait had gained me over $1,100 I instantly calmed down and went from angry to appreciative.
When I got into his Office, I just knew that he was different- HE GAVE A CRAP, let me and my wife know our options, and in doing so began to explain some of the change that had gone on in this store over the last 8 months
New Management, New Sales Staff- AND MAN WHAT A DIFFERNCE! Not one was just claiming, but one that I could see, and more importantly FEEL! After about 45 minutes Jason B. had given me $1,100 I did not know we were entitled too, saved over 2 points in interest, and lowered my car payment (on a 2010 Altima 3.5 SR) from $577 to $479 (on a Brand New 2013 Altima 3.5 SV). My wife Marilyn and I couldn't be happier with our new car (that's right we took it home the same day)! I am still in Shock with how unbelievable this dealership is!!! We are now not only a loyal colonial service customers, but we are also Proud to say that we already agreed, we will never Shop at another Dealership. I cannot tell you how comforted I am to be like other friends of mine who have "their Car Guys", because We Now Have OURS! Thanks Billy, Vlad and Jason

Keep up the good work boys! We are excited to see how great this place is after a year if this is what you guys were able to do in 8 months!!!
