Kept my advance payment

I recently had a bad experience with Sales Management at this dealership particulary with Edie , and Joe . As soon as I made a pre-appoinment and went to the dealership i had to wait for 45 Minutes to get to talk to Sales Person . And later on 4 sales persons were changed in rotation stating reason as "we are busy" . I had gone to the dealership through my company discounts via truevalue car , and during the initial talks and my preference towards Camry SE 2014 model , and suggested quote of 19300 I agreed for the sales agreement and was asked to pay initial Deposit of $500 . After signing the agreement and paying a deposit of $500 they came back stating price of the car would 21500 stating they a car with extra features which will cost more . Why initially agreed for 19300 stating model is available . ? Then as I told I am not willing to pay 21500 , they pursued me to opt for Camry LE 2014 model , so inthe process of this tiredness(total 4 hrs 30 minutes) I agreed and left the place . Later next day when i talked to my colleagues and checked with other dealership Camry SE 2014.5 with same extra features was quote for 20400 including the dealership fee. So I called and messaged to sales person that I need to end the deal and no longer wanted to pursue . Later on I got a call from Edie and Joe and was helled that they cannot repay the $500 , and when I said it is not legal as I havent taken the car out or final agreement , they told they have already spent $500 to make a purchase . When i requested the invoice of the expenditure of $500 , they basically told it is dealership internal thing , and was threatened that they might send the lawyer to deal if I by any chance cancel my $500 check . As I had lost my energy , and no longer wanted to deal with this rude behavior , I opted to end the call . I assumed they might not be deducting , but within next 2 days , they $500 was deducted from my bank account . After talking to couple of my colleagues , they mentioned it is hard dealing with sales management of this place . I went to a different dealership with an appointment , and experience was totally cordial and friendly , and quotes were on exact to whatever true value quoted .
