A completely hassle-free purchasing experience. The major terms were agreed to over the phone (started as an internet sale) prior to visiting the dealer. When I arrived to finalize the sale, I was expected a curve ball of some sort, but there were none. The sale process couldn't have gone any smoother. The staff was very pleasant to deal with. John
