Toyota of Braintree

I’ve been looking for a RAV4 for about 10 months and finally purchased one from Gerry at the Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree. He was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I first talked with Chris, an online sales specialist to set up an appointment to come in and they matched me with Gerry. After talking for a while about my options I made my decision and was greeted by Freddie who was super excited and happy to answer alllll my questions regarding financing and add-on options. This was my first time purchasing a new car and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had a friend of mine with me at the time of purchasing and she is now working with Gerry to find a car for herself as well. He followed up a few days after purchasing to check in on how things were going and even offered to teach me how to use the sport mode in my car!
