Erica Berti and the Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg Body Shop Team provided outstanding customer service. The quality of work and attention to detail with the body work on my Ford Mustang was exceptional. During a very stressful time, I appreciated Erica’s patience, knowledge, and communication throughout the entire process. The craftsmanship and quality of work by the body shop technicians were top of the line.
