sales Rating
poor service
Written by 08/18/2010
oni decided to purchase a new equinox 2010 and did some research before visiting this dealership. My wife and I stopped by last Friday after work.
Overall their service is very poor. the salesman was talking arrogant and rude. When my wife asked him some questions, he was just looking outside and not willing to answered each question.

If I have an unresponsive automobile salesman or saleswoman, I go to the manager and say something before I leave.
If he/she does not say and do something about the situation and immediately get me another, responsive salesperson, I leave.
I also bought a car from Miller Brothers.
I got a great price, better than the front page ad leader from a nearby dealer, and Miller Brothers is close by and they do alot to support the neighborhood.
Most of the time their no hassle-bargain deals are as good or better than others best lowest price.
My Miller Brothers purchase went like this:
This is the ad price from a competitor, I show the ad, can you beat this by a couple of hundred dollars?
We can match it.
Can you beat it by $200?
The salesman gets manager: We can beat it by $50 and our truck has an additional option the other truck does not have worth at least $150.
I will have to go discuss this with my wife.
Where is she?
She is at work.
How far is that?
About seven miles.
I need 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
Would you buy the truck if we threw in the option for free and beat the ad by $200?
Yes.
Sign, long sigh from sales manager.
We are making almost nothing on this deal. Ok, write it up.
The purchase was below private party sales, not counting the rebate.
The write up was straight forward.
They did not for example, like Antwerpen Dodge, try and sneak in another $1,000 to the agreed upon price once I got to the backroom or add back in areas they already agreed to cut. But that dealership is another story, or really bad experience,
and really worth staying away from.
One last thing:
Unlike many dealers, Miller Brothers does a lot to help support the area schools and area sports.
They actively give back to the community.
