I recently totaled my Impala and was in the market for another one. I went online to Auto Trader and found the one I wanted. I contacted Antwerpen, and was lucky enough to be connected to Jessica Mitchell. The car I had selected was a used car, so she could not hold it for me. It seemed like it took my insurance company forever to do the paperwork to total my car, but in the meantime Jessica kept me up to date and let me know that no one had purchased my selected car. When the day came for us to go and purchase the car, she had everything ready and we worked out a great deal that we were very happy with.
