onI bought my Certified Preowned Infiniti from this dealership. I drove from New Jersey to Maryland to purchase this car. I specifically wanted a Certified vehicle because I thought this was a guarantee that I was purchasing a good vehicle. Less than a month after I purchased my vehicle, the brake lights came on. I took my car to the dealer in NJ, I was told that I needed brakes. If the brakes on a Certified vehicle have to be a certain level, why do I need brakes in less than a month? I drive straight highway to work, no stop and go driving. When I contacted my sales person Christian Tapia...I was told to call Service manager. The service manager brushed me off as well as the sales manager. I even emailed the General Manager, of course, he didn't even respond. Once they get your money, you don't matter to this dealership.
